Facial Acupuncture
Revive Qi’s Facial Acupuncture treatments combine Traditional Chinese Medicine’s constitutional acupuncture, facial acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, facial acupressure, and advanced Celluma LED therapy. This is a safe, effective and non-surgical and botox free approach to healthy skin, wrinkle reduction, and facial re-sculpting.
Facial Acupuncture treatments are a full constitutional treatment that views the face as an extension of both the emotions and the acupuncture meridians of the body. When the face is treated, the body interprets the insertion of very fine acupuncture needle as a "positive" injury that can stimulate collagen and elastin production. Collagen makes up about 80% of the dermis and gives your skin strength. While elastin, a highly elastic protein in connective tissue allows many tissues in the body and face to resume their shape after stretching or contracting. By increasing collagen and elastin, the face will feel toned and tightened with a brighter and smoother complexion.
Holistic Microneedling
Holistic micro-needling is a non-surgical and minimally invasive procedure that combines the ancient principles of acupuncture with modern micro-needling designed to boost collagen and elastin production for more youthful skin through combating aging by treating fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and acne.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our practitioners use an Aculift microneedling pen with fine sterile needles to deliver micro-channels to remodel and rejuvenate your skin. Generally done on a patient’s face and neck, the body (targeting cellulite) and scalp (for hair loss) can also be micro-needled. These micro-channels are microscopic, but they’re enough to trigger your skin’s trauma response, which causes your body to initiate the production of collagen and elastin. These substances not only heal your skin with new skin tissue but can also result in youthful, firmer skin. The process ignites your own body to heal vs. using synthesized products or more abrasive treatments.
Following the microneedling session, we use Celluma LED light therapy as part of our post-treatment regimen. LED light therapy, particularly red and near-infrared wavelengths, can help enhance the results of microneedling by promoting healing and reducing inflammation. After microneedling, the skin undergoes a rejuvenation process, and LED light therapy can support this process by stimulating collagen production and improving overall skin health.
Appointments are 75 minutes and most patients see their best results with 5 to 6 treatments. Treatments are recommended every 4-6 weeks to allow for healing and maximum collagen & elastin production. Microneedling is minimally invasive, requiring little to no downtime. It’s considered safe for most people who are in overall good health.

Treatments with Celluma LED Light Therapy
Our treatments also include Celluma LED therapy which reduces the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, decreases inflammation, and improves skin quality, firmness,and texture.Celluma is low-level-light therapy or photobiomodulation based on Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology and it applies light energy to the body for therapeutic benefits. It stimulates blood flow, regenerates cells, and boosts mitochondrial function in the cells. The energy delivered by the LEDs has been shown to enhance cellular metabolism, accelerate the repair and replenishment of damaged skin cells, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as stimulate the production of collagen. Celluma LED light therapy is incorporated as part of our Revive Facial Acupuncture Treatments.
Recently we have been using Celluma LED Light therapy as part of our fertility acupuncture protocol to enhance egg quality and follicular development through activating the mitochondrial function in these cells. According to a recent study by EC Gynaecology, when the cells are exposed to laser light, the mitochondria will produce more ATP (cell energy). This will directly influence the egg cell, increasing the energy level and drastically increasing the chance of conceiving. The combination of acupuncture and Celluma LED Light therapy will optimize the environment in the abdominal area, creating the best conditions for pregnancy.
