Leilani Wong Navar, MSOM, Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Certified Dreamworker, has been in practice since 2012, focusing on women's health, fertility, stress, sleep, and injury recovery. Leilani is dedicated to supporting healing at the level of root causes, while also relieving symptoms and optimizing health and fertility. She works with acupuncture, CranioSacral Therapy, Classical Chinese Herbalism, qigong, dreamwork, and Functional Medicine testing and treatment strategies.

Leilani also offers support in tending to the connection between emotions and physical health, where Chinese Medicine has deep wisdom to offer. As a dreamworker, Leilani invites patients to share their dreams during acupuncture sessions. Engaging with dreams can offer insights about diagnosis and treatment, and open up new possibilities for embodied healing and deeper self-understanding.

Leilani grew up in Irvine and studied naturopathic and Chinese Medicine medicine at NUNM in Portland, Oregon, where she earned a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. She studied Fertility Awareness with Justisse College, and became a certified Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner in 2010. She studies Integrative and Functional Medicine with Aviva Romm, MD.

Before returning to Orange County with her husband and two children in 2022, she and her family lived on a permaculture homestead in the high mountain desert of southern Utah. Outside the clinic, she loves to have fun with whatever her kids are into at the moment, make music, and spend time in the wilderness and the garden. Passionate about protecting this beautiful world for future generations, Leilani is involved in bioregional regeneration of the South Coast bioregion, hosts Turning Season Podcast, and facilitates the Work that Reconnects.
